Shop Issues If you encounter any problems with our retail shop site or if you have any suggestions about how we can improve it feel free to post here. If you get any errors during general shop usage please also post here.
DO NOT post any details here regarding your specific order unless asked by a member of Making Tracks staff. DO NOT post credit card, PayPal or postal address in this forum. Not even if asked by a member of MT staff. For shop support we do not need/or want to know your credit card details. We never get to see them via any of our payment methods and do not want them for your financial safety.
