Hello everybody, First time poster but long time player of the combined IE Route (over a year now) and still think its brilliant.

A big well done to the team for their work, top notch !

Living in Ireland myself it becomes very easy to recognize the places on the route along with the trains etc.

I noticed there that someone posted that Inchicore must have a big plug for getting Darts there. Its actually quite often darts get towed there by diesel locos on the track that goes from connelly to heuston so they get repaired !

I only saw there recently that the expansion pack for IE came out and was wondering if anybody here had used it yet and if they wouldn't mind posting some screen shots so we could get a feel for it please ? Playing the route myself i know im using old stock as i see the trains in real life on a daily basis ! also i know there are a small few screen shots already on the site elsewhere but i think it would be nice to have them all in the one place :D

Would love to get the pack myself but unfortunately I cannot afford it

Any way, thanks guys for reading and i look forward to the pics, replies and comments :D

time to take the plunge.

I'm gonna buy it :geek:

just need to wait until my 3V card thing arrives and then i can top up my paypal account and order the pack !

hopefully wont be too long :geek:

Again any screen shots of the pack in action would be great.

Thanks guys.

Hi Rob,

Sorry it's taken a while to get back to you.

Funnily enough I don't think we ever started a thread with all the stock pack images so they are scattered around, but try these

viewtopic.php?f=63&t=2934&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=15

Images of 8208 and new livery (well it was when we started making the pack...) Enterprise rake

Images of the NIR C3K and some other stuff including the Black and silver 071

Pre production shot of the "secret" stock

Intercity branded push-pull stock

There's also two black 071 class locos and other repaints/renumbers, plus fixes for a few gliches in the earlier stock.

Thanks for the reply Mark, Great pics you got there.

Funny thing is about the push pull trains you got there is that being on those trains for years that never once have they actually used the cab thing at the end of the car. They always got the Loco (100's and 200's) to run around and drive from the other end !

a bit crazy those cabs just went to waste really

must say its great too that you guys kept up with the stock for IE.

Thanks again.
